Protein Buttermilk Pancake
With 15 grams of protein and 100% whole grains in every delicious serving, these light & fluffy pancakes pack a major protein punch!
START WITH:

1 Cup Mix

2/3 Cup Water
STEP 1
HEAT griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle.

STEP 2
MEASURE mix by lightly spooning it into measuring cup and leveling it off. WHISK flapjack mix and water. Batter will be thick. Do not over-mix. POUR slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per flapjack onto griddle.

STEP 3
COOK flapjacks 1 3/4 - 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once.

Tip: For thinner flapjacks, add more water. Protein amount will vary per serving.
