Protein Cinnamon Brown Sugar Mug Pancake
These mug pancakes are packed with 8 grams of protein and 100% whole grains in every serving, and are ready in about 1 minute! How can something this good be this easy to make?
Start with: MICROWAVE SAFE MUG, ¼ CUP WATER OR MILK
Directions: Tip: To cook two mugs at the same time, add 35-45 seconds to recommended cook time.
- // Empty one pouch of mix into microwave-safe mug (standard 11 oz. mug recommended).
- // Add water or milk and stir with a spoon until well blended. Let batter stand 1 minute to thicken. Stir again.
- // Microwave on HIGH based on microwave wattage (see chart). Let rest 1 minute before eating.
High Altitude: Prepare as directed, adding an additional 10-20 seconds cook time.
