1 package Krusteaz Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix (1 pouch each cookie mix and cinnamon-sugar topping)

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened

1 egg

2 tablespoons almond filling (or almond paste)

  1. // Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. // In medium bowl, stir together Krusteaz Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix, butter, egg and almond filling until dough forms. Place cinnamon-sugar in separate bowl. For each cookie, scoop 1 rounded tablespoon dough and place in cinnamon-sugar.
  3. // Roll dough gently into balls, coating thoroughly with cinnamon-sugar. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. // Bake 8-10 minutes.
