Bacon & Cheddar Mini Corn Loaves

Ingredients

  • 1 package Krusteaz® Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ⅓ cup Vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Canned corn, drained
  • ½ cup Cooked and crumbled bacon
  • ½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped green onion

Directions

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease three 5x3x2-inch mini loaf pans.

STEP 2

In large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended. Pour into prepared pans.

STEP 3

Bake 23-27 minutes or until light golden brown.

STEP 4

For muffins: spoon batter into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake 18-20 minutes.
