Blueberry Breakfast Cookies
1 package Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
3/4 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 can blueberries (enclosed), drained and rinsed
- // Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
- // In medium bowl, stir together Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix, oats, almonds, cranberries, butter and egg until well blended. Gently stir in blueberries. Scoop 2 rounded tablespoons dough and place 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet. Press down slightly.
