Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup Heavy cream
  • Pinch Salt (optional)

Directions

STEP 1

Melt the chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth and fully melted.

STEP 2

Stir in the cream and salt, mixing until completely smooth.

STEP 3

Pour the glaze over cakes or dip the cupcakes into it.
