Coconut Orange Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Krusteaz® Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 1⅓ cups Cold water
  • ½ cup Cup flaked coconut
  • 1 tbsp Grated orange peel

Directions

STEP 1

Heat pancake griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle.

STEP 2

In large bowl, whisk together pancake mix, cold water, coconut and orange peel. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased griddle.

STEP 3

Cook pancakes 1 - 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once.
