Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 13x9-inch baking pan.
Stir together milk, oil, egg and cornbread mix until blended. Spread batter evenly in prepared baking pan.
Bake 17-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean or until light golden brown. Cool completely.
Cut cool cornbread into 1-inch cubes. In small bowl, combine dry seasoning ingredients. Set aside. Place cornbread cubes in large bowl and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
Spread cubes onto lightly greased or paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Gently stir cubes. Bake an additional 8-10 minutes or until as toasted as desired.
Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
