Gluten Free Savory Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • DOUGH
  • 6 cups Krusteaz® Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 4 tbsp (½ stick) Butter, melted
  • 6 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • TOPPINGS
  • 6 tbsp Paprika
  • 3 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 8 tbsp Everything Flavored seasoning
  • SAUCE:
  • ¾ cup (1½ sticks) Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

STEP 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease or spray 10-cup Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.

STEP 2

In large bowl, stir pancake mix, 4 tablespoons melted butter, eggs and milk until combined.

STEP 3

Combine paprika and taco seasoning in small bowl. Place Everything seasoning in a separate small bowl.

STEP 4

Scoop dough by rounded tablespoons. Roll half of dough balls in paprika-taco seasoning and half in Everything seasoning, placing each ball into prepared pan

STEP 5

Stir together ¾ cup melted butter and garlic powder and pour evenly over dough balls in pan.

STEP 6

Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

STEP 7

Cool in pan 10 minutes and then invert onto serving platter.
