Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease muffin pan or line with paper baking cups.
Cut corner of pouch and squeeze batter into medium bowl.
Gently stir in blackberries and 1 tablespoon hot honey.
Scoop batter into muffin cups, filling cups 2/3 full.
Bake 16-20* minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Drizzle remaining tablespoon honey over top of warm muffins.
