Hot Honey Blackberry Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 18 oz pouch Krusteaz Ready to Bake Cornbread Batter
  • 3/4 cup Blackberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp Hot honey, divided

Directions

STEP 1

Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease muffin pan or line with paper baking cups.

STEP 2

Cut corner of pouch and squeeze batter into medium bowl.

STEP 3

Gently stir in blackberries and 1 tablespoon hot honey.

STEP 4

Scoop batter into muffin cups, filling cups 2/3 full.

STEP 5

Bake 16-20* minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

STEP 6

Drizzle remaining tablespoon honey over top of warm muffins.
