Mediterranean Drop Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Krusteaz® Protein Pancake Mix
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter
  • ⅓ cup Sun dried tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Olives, chopped
  • ¼ cup Parsley, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Shredded mozzarella
  • ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp Water
  • 2 Large eggs

Directions

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

STEP 2

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon or a spatula until just combined and there is no dry bit. Make sure not to over mix.

STEP 3

Using a spoon, drop biscuits on the baking sheet.

STEP 4

Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
