Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Krusteaz® Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 29 oz Canned peaches, drained
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Whole milk

Directions

STEP 1

Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 8x8-inch baking dish or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

STEP 2

In a medium bowl, combine drained peaches and sugar. Stir to combine. The mixture will create some liquid, this is normal.

STEP 3

Measure mix by lightly spooning it into measuring cup and leveling it off.

STEP 4

Combine mix, cinnamon and milk. Stir to combine. Do not over-mix. Add melted butter and stir to combine. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.

STEP 5

Top batter with peach mixture. Place in oven and bake 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and crust appears set. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly

STEP 6

Can be served warm, topped with ice cream, or at room temperature.
