Pepperoni Flatbread Roll-ups
Preheat oven to 475°F. Lightly grease baking sheet. Prepare Flatbread Mix as directed and shape dough by dividing into 10 equal portions. With floured hands and on floured surface, pat out dough 1/8 to ¼-inch thick in a rectangular shape 6-in x 3-in size.
Place 8 slices of pepperoni on top of each portion of dough. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, roll up and place seam side down on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining 9 dough sections.
Bake on the upper shelf in oven 16 minutes. Serve immediately with heated marinara sauce for dipping.
