Piña Colada Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 package Krusteaz® Banana Quick Bread Mix
  • ⅔ cup Water
  • ½ cup Crushed pineapple, well drained
  • ⅓ cup Shredded coconut
  • ⅓ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Rum flavor (optional)

Directions

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease or paper-line muffin cups.

STEP 2

In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.

STEP 3

Bake 17-19 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
