Post Workout P&B

This recipe was created for the Eugene Marathon.
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
STEP 2
In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until blended. Place large rounded tablespoons on prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly and top with chopped nuts.
STEP 3
Bake 10-11 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before removing from pan.
