Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8x8-inch baking pan.
For Filling: Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Set aside.
For Cake: Combine water, oil and eggs until frothy. Add quick bread mix and stir until well-blended.
Spoon 2/3 of cake batter into pan. Spoon cheesecake filling over batter. Spoon remaining cake batter on top of filling. Use spatula to swirl filling and cake batter together.
Bake 53-59 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Cool completely before cutting.
