Pumpkin White Chocolate Pecan Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with silicone liners or spray the sheets lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine Krusteaz Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix, egg, and softened butter until dough forms. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips.
Bake 9-11 minutes, rotating pans halfway through baking time to ensure even cooking. Cool completely.
For the glaze, whisk together the spiced vanilla glaze mix included in package and water, gradually adding the water until glaze is desired consistency. Spread the glaze onto cooled cookies and top with a sprinkling of chopped pecans. Allow glaze to set before serving.
