Raspberry Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Raspberry extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Seedless raspberry jam

Directions

STEP 1

In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.

STEP 2

Add the powdered sugar and raspberry extract, if desired, then beat until smooth.

STEP 3

Fold in the raspberry jam.
