Ingredients

  • 1 box Krusteaz Sweet Corn Muffin & Cornbread Mix
  • ⅔ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Sour cream

Directions

STEP 1

Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 8x8-inch baking pan.

STEP 2

Stir together milk, oil, egg and sour cream until combined. Add corn muffin mix and stir until well blended.

STEP 3

Spoon batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.

STEP 4

Bake 26-30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
