Peanut Butter & Banana Pancakes

2 cups Krusteaz Heart Healthy Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup peanut butter
- // Preheat griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease.
- // In medium bowl, whisk together Krusteaz Heart Healthy Buttermilk Pancake Mix, water and peanut butter until blended. (Batter will be lumpy.) Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto prepared griddle.
- // Cook 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 minutes. Before flipping pancakes, top with 4-5 banana slices. Carefully flip pancakes and continue to cook 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 minutes.
