Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Crepes

½ cup Krusteaz® Pumpkin Spice Pancake Mix
½ cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Water
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tbsp Butter, melted
Chocolate hazelnut spread
Mini chocolate chips
Powdered sugar
STEP 1

Preheat a lightly greased 5 to 6 inch frying pan over medium-high heat.

STEP 2

In a medium bowl, stir together pancake mix and flour. Add water gradually, stirring until smooth.

STEP 3

Add eggs and butter and continue to stir until smooth.

STEP 4

Spoon 2-3 tablespoons batter into center of frying pan. Tilt to coat bottom of pan evenly. Just a thin layer of batter should cover the pan.

STEP 5

Cook crepes until delicately browned; turn and cook lightly on other side.

STEP 6

Spoon in chocolate hazelnut spread then top with mini chocolate chips and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
