Hot Honey Blackberry Cornbread Muffins
These Hot Honey Blackberry Cornbread Muffins combine Krusteaz’s newest ready-to-bake batter with juicy blackberries and a swirl of hot honey for a flavorful boost. Stir everything together right in the muffin tin for easy prep and even easier cleanup. The result is a bold, sweet-heat twist on classic cornbread.
STEP 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease muffin pan or line with paper baking cups.
STEP 2
Cut corner of pouch and squeeze batter into medium bowl.
STEP 3
Gently stir in blackberries and 1 tablespoon hot honey.
STEP 4
Scoop batter into muffin cups, filling cups 2/3 full.
STEP 5
Bake 16-20* minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
STEP 6
Drizzle remaining tablespoon honey over top of warm muffins.
* If using frozen blackberries, bake time may be a little longer.
