Banana Split Waffles

3 cups Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix

2 eggs

1/3 cup oil

1 1/2 cups water

2 teaspoons sugar

4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

  1. // Heat and lightly grease Belgian or conventional waffle iron.
  2. // In medium bowl, blend together Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix, eggs, oil, water, sugar and cocoa with a wire whip. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter onto prepared waffle iron.
  3. // Cook waffles 3-4 minutes until golden brown, or according to waffle iron directions. Serve with sliced bananas, vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce, if desired.
