1 package Krusteaz Crisp Topping Mix

5 tablespoons butter, softened

4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

  1. // Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter 8 ramekins.
  2. // Place Krusteaz Crisp Topping Mix and butter in a medium bowl. Using a fork, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly; set aside. Place blueberries, sugar and cornstarch in another bowl; toss to coat well. Divide berry mixture evenly into 8 buttered ramekins, about ½ cup berries in each ramekin. Sprinkle crisp topping mixture evenly over fruit.
  3. // Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake 35-40 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and crisp topping is golden brown.
