Hot Reuben Dip
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup thousand island salad dressing
16 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
8-10 ounces shredded corned beef
16 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1 package Krusteaz Garlic and Onion Flatbread Mix, prepared as directed
- // Preheat oven to 350⁰ F. Lightly grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
- // In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and salad dressing until well blended; set aside. Spread sauerkraut into prepared pan. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese and salad dressing mixture over sauerkraut.
- // Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with warm Krusteaz Garlic and Onion Flatbread.
