Hot Reuben Dip
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Thousand Island Salad Dressing
16 oz Sauerkraut, Rinsed & Drained
8-10 oz Shredded Corned Beef
16 oz Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Package Krusteaz Garlic and Onion Flatbread Mix, prepared as directed
Preheat oven to 350⁰ F. Lightly grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and salad dressing until well blended; set aside. Spread sauerkraut into prepared pan. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese and salad dressing mixture over sauerkraut.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with warm Krusteaz Garlic and Onion Flatbread.
