Cinnamon Orange Pancakes
Cinnamon Orange Pancakes are a perfect blend of warm spices and bright citrus flavor, making them a standout breakfast treat. STEP 1
Heat pancake griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle.
STEP 2
Measure pancake mix by lightly spooning into measuring cup and leveling it off. In medium bowl, combine pancake mix, water, orange juice and cinnamon until just combined. Do not over-mix.
STEP 3
Pour slightly more than ¼ cup batter per pancake onto griddle.
STEP 4
Cook for 1 – 1 ½ minutes per side, turning only once.
STEP 5
Serve immediately. Top with orange zest and cinnamon sugar, if desired.
For thinner pancakes, add more water. For thicker pancakes, add more mix.
