Fruit Pizza Pancake
This Fruit Pizza Pancake recipe is a delicious twist on traditional pancakes topped with a creamy layer of whipped cream cheese marshmallow fluff and an assortment of freshly sliced fruits. It’s the perfect breakfast or brunch dish for a sweet and refreshing start to your day!
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl mix ingredients for pizza crust and pour onto greased and insulated baking sheet.
Using a spatula, gradually work batter out to a 12” circle. Bake 20 minutes.
In small bowl, mix cream cheese and marshmallow fluff together. Spread over baked pancake pizza.
Lay strawberries, blueberries and kiwi slices on top to decorate. Cut pizza into 8 slices. Serve and enjoy!
