Fruit Pizza Pancake with Nutella®
This Fruit Pizza Pancake with Nutella® recipe combines the best of breakfast and dessert. Fluffy pancakes are topped with creamy Nutella® and fresh fruit making for a colorful and scrumptious dish that is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an insulated baking sheet.
In large bowl, mix all ingredients for pizza crust until combined. Pour batter onto prepared baking sheet.
Using a spatula, gradually work batter out to a 12” circle. Bake 20 minutes.
Spread Nutella over baked pancake pizza crust.
Lay strawberries, blueberries and kiwi slices on top to decorate. Cut pizza into 8 slices. Serve and enjoy!
