Honey Cornbread Fritters
In a medium bowl, combine Krusteaz Honey Cornbread and Muffin Mix, milk and eggs, stirring well. Stir in butter and corn.
In a Dutch oven or deep fryer, pour oil to a depth of 2 inches. Heat oil to 325°F.
Drop corn batter by tablespoons into hot oil; cooking 2-4 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
