Strawberry Cheesecake Snack Bars
Transform Krusteaz Cheesecake Muffin Mix into delightful Strawberry Cheesecake Snack Bars. These easy-to-bake bars feature a rich cream cheese filling and fresh sliced strawberries sandwiched between layers of golden batter. Perfect for a summer dessert or a sweet afternoon snack.

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8x8-inch baking pan.
STEP 2
Prepare batter as directed.
STEP 3
Squeeze contents of filling packet into medium bowl. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
STEP 4
Spread half of batter into prepared pan.
STEP 5
Dollop filling over batter and gently spread evenly.
STEP 6
Place a layer of sliced strawberries on top of filling. Spoon remaining batter over strawberries. Place remaining sliced strawberries on top of batter.
STEP 7
Bake 38-42 minutes or until top is golden brown and bars are set in the center.
STEP 8
Cool completely before cutting. Store leftover bars in refrigerator in airtight container.
