Baklava Pancakes

Make breakfast special with these Baklava Pancakes! A delicious twist on a classic pancake recipe these pancakes are flavored with cinnamon honey and walnuts for a sweet and nutty treat.
STEP 1
Mix the pancake mix with milk, cinnamon, rose water, and cardamom. Don’t overmix. The batter will be lumpy and that’s okay. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
STEP 2
Heat the griddle or the pan. Grease lightly with just a little bit of butter.
STEP 3
Pour about ¼ cup batter in the pan and let it cook. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
STEP 4
In a bowl, mix the walnuts, pistachios and sugar. Place one pancake on the plate, top with honey and nuts. Place another pancake and again top with honey and nuts.
STEP 5
Repeat until you have a nice stack of pancakes. Top with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy.
