1 cup Krusteaz Heart Healthy Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 cup nonfat milk
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/2 cups lowfat lemon yogurt, divided
Powdered sugar (optional)
- // Heat small skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
- // In medium bowl, whisk together Krusteaz Heart Healthy Buttermilk Pancake Mix, milk, egg whites and lemon zest until blended. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per crepe into skillet.
- // Cook 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Transfer to serving plate and fill with yogurt. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
