Mediterranean Drop Biscuits

Transport yourself to the sun-soaked shores of the Mediterranean with our flavorful and easy-to-make Mediterranean Drop Biscuits recipe. Packed with the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean region these biscuits feature parsley sun dried tomatoes mozzarella and olives. With a golden crust and a soft fluffy interior these biscuits are a delightful accompaniment to any meal or a delicious snack on their own.

2 cups Krusteaz® Protein Pancake Mix
2 tbsp Melted butter
⅓ cup Sun dried tomatoes
¼ cup Olives, chopped
¼ cup Parsley, chopped
⅓ cup Shredded mozzarella
⅓ cup + 1 tbsp Water
2 Large eggs
STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

STEP 2

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon or a spatula until just combined and there is no dry bit. Make sure not to over mix.

STEP 3

Using a spoon, drop biscuits on the baking sheet.

STEP 4

Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
