Santa Fe Waffles
Heat and lightly grease Belgian or conventional waffle iron.
In medium bowl, blend together Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix, eggs, cornmeal, oil, water and spices. Fold in cheese and beans. Pour batter onto prepared waffle iron.
Cook 4 minutes until griddle stops steaming, or according to waffle iron directions. Serve with salsa and crumbled cooked chorizo, if desired.
