1 18 oz pouch Krusteaz Ready to Bake Cornbread Batter
1/3 cup Chopped pepperoni
3 tbsp Roasted red peppers, diced
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup Red cherry tomatoes, quartered
STEP 1

Stir all ingredients together. Spread batter into greased 6-inch cast iron skillet.

STEP 2

Bake at 400°F 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve with warm marinara sauce, if desired.
