Gluten Free Vanilla Muffin

Making delicious, gluten free vanilla muffins just got easier with Krusteaz Gluten Free Vanilla Muffin Mix! With a decadent Sweet Glaze included in the box, this mix is perfect as is, or customize it your way with your favorite toppings or add-ins.

START WITH:
milk

2/3 cup Milk (or Oat or Almond Milk)

eggs

3 eggs

butter

7 Tbsp Melted Butter (or Vegetable Oil)

water

4 Teaspoons Water (for Glaze)

STEP 1

HEAT oven to 375°F. Lightly grease pan or line muffin pan with paper baking cups.

STIR together milk, eggs, melted butter and muffin mix until blended.

FILL muffin cups 2/3 full.

STEP 3

BAKE as directed or until light golden brown around edges. Cool 2 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Cool Completely before glazing.

FOR GLAZE: Whisk together sweet glaze mix (enclosed) and 4 tsp water until glaze is desired consistency. Drizzle over cooled muffins. Store in tightly covered container.
