Cookies:
1 Package Krusteaz Gluten Free Blueberry Muffin Mix
1/2 Cup (1 Stick) Unsalted Butter, Softened
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Lemon Zest

Frosting:
1/2 Cup (4 Oz) Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
1 1/4 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp Milk
1 Can Blueberries (enclosed), Drained and Rinsed
STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

STEP 2

For Cookies: In medium bowl, stir together Krusteaz Gluten Free Blueberry Muffin Mix, butter, egg and lemon zest until well blended. Scoop 2 rounded tablespoons dough and place 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Press down slightly.

STEP 3

Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown around edges.

STEP 4

For Frosting: In medium bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk with hand mixer until fluffy; gently stir in blueberries. Frost cool cookies. Store in airtight container.
