Here’s one the kids will go nuts for. So will their friends. You’ve been warned.

Banana Nut Muffin
With real walnuts and real bananas, they’re really delicious. How can something this good be this easy to make?

Start with: 1/2 Cup Water, 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil, 3 Eggs.
- // Heat oven to 400˚F. Lightly grease pan or line mun pan with paper baking cups.
- // Stir together water, oil, eggs and mun mix until moistened. Fill mun cups 2/3 full. For loaf, spread batter into prepared loaf pan.
- // Bake as directed below or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Store cooled muns in tightly covered container.
High Altitude (over 5,000 feet): Prepare as directed, adding an additional 1 tablespoon water.
