These 3 Ingredient Eggnog Snickerdoodle Muffins are a delicious treat that are quick and easy to make. They are perfect for the holiday season!

STEP 1
Preheat oven at 350°F.
STEP 2
Pour dry mix into a large bowl. Add the egg and eggnog.
STEP 3
Stir until combined - batter will still be lumpy.
STEP 4
Add half the bag of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Stir until combined.
STEP 5
Fill paper-lined muffin cups up 2/3 full.
STEP 6
Then top each filled muffin cup with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture, about 1-2 teaspoons worth.
STEP 7
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Allow muffins to cool for at least 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
