Gluten Free Buckeye Brownies
Gluten Free Buckeye Brownies take everything you love about the classic candy and turn it into a decadent dessert. This recipe starts with a rich gluten free brownie base and layers on a peanut butter filling and rich chocolate ganache. Perfect for potlucks, parties, or serious chocolate cravings, these brownies are a guaranteed hit. One bite and you’ll see why this trio of flavors never goes out of style.

STEP 1
Heat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease 8x8-inch pan.
STEP 2
Stir together water, oil and egg until combined. Add brownie mix and stir until well-blended.
STEP 3
Spoon batter into pan and spread evenly. For best results, let batter sit in pan for 5 minutes before baking.
STEP 4
Bake 48-52 minutes. Cool completely.
STEP 5
For Peanut Butter Layer: Combine powdered sugar, peanut butter and 4 tablespoons butter together until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over cooled brownies.
STEP 6
For Ganache: Place chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons butter in microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted, about 30-45 seconds. Stir until smooth. Spread over peanut butter layer. Let ganache set before cutting and serving.
