Oatmeal Pancakes

Oatmeal Pancakes are a cozy and filling way to start your morning. The recipe blends oats into the batter for added texture and a subtle nutty flavor, while still keeping the pancakes light and fluffy. STEP 1
Heat pancake griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle.
STEP 2
Measure pancake mix by lightly spooning into measuring cup and leveling it off. In medium bowl, combine pancake mix, oats and water until just combined. Do not over-mix. Let batter stand 2 minutes.
STEP 3
Pour slightly more than ¼ cup batter per pancake onto griddle. Cook for 1½ – 1¾ minutes per side, turning only once.
