Cheesy Green Onion & Double Corn Cornbread
Our Cheesy Green Onion and Double Corn Cornbread brings bold flavor and extra texture to every bite. Made with Krusteaz’s Southern Style Cornbread & Muffin Mix, it’s loaded with sweet corn kernels, cheddar cheese, and fresh green onions for a savory twist on a classic. Perfect as a side for chili, barbecue, or any cozy meal.

STEP 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 10-inch cast iron skillet.
STEP 2
Chop green onions and drain corn, if using canned.
STEP 3
Whisk together milk, butter, and eggs in mixing bowl. Add cornbread mix, corn, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until blended.
STEP 4
Pour batter into prepared skillet.
STEP 5
Bake 20 - 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Top should be golden brown.
