Chocolate chips
STEP 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
STEP 2
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir until dough forms, hand kneading if necessary.
STEP 3
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
STEP 4
Bake 12-14 minutes.
- Add 1 tsp cinnamon for extra flavor.
- High Altitude (over 5,000 ft): Add 2 Tbsp water.
- 24 mini muffins – 400ºF for 12-14 minutes
- 8×4-inch loaf pan – 350ºF for 45-50 minutes
