Bacon & Cheddar Mini Corn Loaves
These savory Bacon and Cheddar Mini Corn Loaves are packed with smoky bacon and sharp cheddar cheese for a delicious twist on classic cornbread.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease three 5x3x2-inch mini loaf pans.
In large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 23-27 minutes or until light golden brown.
For muffins: spoon batter into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake 18-20 minutes.
