Chocolate Chip Crumb Cake with Vanilla Bean Glaze
Preheat oven to 350°F. Liberally grease a 9" spring form pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, prepare the crumb cake batter according to directions on package. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread batter into prepared pan and top with cinnamon topping.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan completely.
To make the glaze, in a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, cream and vanilla bean paste until smooth and pourable. Drizzle over the crumb cake and serve!
