Cocoa powder

Powdered sugar

STEP 1
In large bowl, whisk together melted butter and cocoa powder. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons milk. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium-high speed until well blended. Add remaining powdered sugar and milk. Beat until creamy. Add vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
