Gluten Free Pancake Turnovers

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 375⁰F.
STEP 2
Spoon about 2 tablespoons pie filling onto each pancake. Fold in half, press edges with fork to seal. Brush top with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet.
STEP 3
Bake 10-14 minutes or until heated through.
