When I cut brownies, I always mangle the edges. What am I doing wrong?

We know it's hard to wait, you can't pull them out of the oven and dig in right away. You need to let them setup for a few minutes. Then, for cleaner edges, use a plastic knife instead of a metal knife to cut brownies.
