Banana Pudding Pancakes

If you’re in a pinch, these Banana Pudding Pancakes are ready in just 20 minutes! Using banana cream pudding mix and a mashed banana give these pancakes flavor in every bite.

Servings: 12-14, 4-inch pancakes


2 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1/3 cup banana cream pudding mix
¾ cup milk
¾ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 medium banana, mashed


Heat pancake griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle.

Whisk together pancake mix, pudding mix, milk, water and vanilla. Batter will be slightly lumpy. (Do not overmix.) Add mashed banana.

Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle.

Cook pancakes 1 – 1 ½ minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once.
